What is Responsible gaming?

Playing a game and understanding when to stop and when to take a break is responsible gaming!

Any game is expected to be played for entertainment, and some people take it to the next level as a profession, but some people get addicted and don’t know when to stop or take a break which leads to compulsive behavior.

Rummy is a skill based game and can be learnt with proper guidance, and one can become a professional ( as we expect you to be once you are done reading this blog and practicing some of the important things learnt in this blog), a professional who understands when to play and when to drop, and when to leave the table!

Let us understand how to be a responsible gamer!

By practicing some of the below mentioned guidelines anyone can become a professional and act responsibly!

Do’s

  1. Complete all the important works before starting to play on any game – Time management
  2. Decide how much amount you are ready to wager (play with), which shouldn’t be attached to any win or lose! – Money Management
  3. Time you want to spend on the game – Time Management
  4. Check your mindset – It should be ready for entertainment and refreshing! – Att
  5. Keep track of your success rate in the game – Stop when you are not winning and only loosing
  6. Get into progressive gaming structure and start winning with small wagering amount tables and then start playing on big tables.

Don’ts

  1. Never start a game when having other important works to be completed
  2. Never play a game by taking loan
  3. Never start a game when you are in hurry to leave and cannot finish a game which you have started ( that might lead you to lose the money already wagered on the table or make you take hurried decisions to complete the game fast)
  4. Don’t bet money when your mindset is in negative state and that might lead you to play desperately and not allow you to use your knowledge and skill as a professionally.
  5. Don’t keep playing if you lose more than 3 times continuously, and or lose the money which you have planned to wager.
  6. Don’t start playing with all the money you planned to wager on 1st table directly.

It is player’s responsibility to ensure that is not into compulsive behavior (Play all the games irrespective of cards and sets, and winning opportunity)
